The von Bibra Motors Group was founded in 1953 by Dudley von Bibra in Ulverstone Tasmania. The business expanded during the 1950’s, and Warren von Bibra joined the firm in the 1960’s and became the Managing Director in 1978.

In February 2007 Warren purchased the Robina Holden dealership at
16 Brabham Circuit to showcase the New Holden range in the multi million dollar purpose built showroom and huge quality used car yard.
